We invite you to become a WWRC Ally by making a monthly, recurring donation.

As an Ally, you will have exclusive access to quarterly webinars with WWRC Organizers to share insights and updates on our campaigns. Help support warehouse workers in the Inland Empire to organize and win a living wage and safety on the job. Join our movement!

Warehouse workers march down the street with banners that say "Walmart la Salud No Se Vende."

The WWRC works to gain economic security and justice for warehouse workers in California’s Inland Empire. An epicenter of the global logistics industry, companies including Amazon, Home Depot, and Walmart move $500 billion worth of product through the region annually, earning record-breaking profits extracting resources from our communities and leaving some of the nation’s worst pollution. Its 200,000+ warehouse workers earn less than $20/hr for labor-intensive, physically dangerous work – less than half of the $85,277 living wage needed for a single-income family (MIT Living Wage Calculator).

WWRC empowers workers to organize and pressure their employers to win stable employment, living wages, and safe places to work. We also mobilize community members to hold warehouse developers accountable for the labor, environmental, and community impacts through vehicles like community benefit agreements and regional public policy.
